Our vision: Clear, sustainable, and full of energy.

We want to help shape an ecologically and economically sensible energy transition for the benefit of all. As a producer of electricity from renewable energies, we are working to provide green energy in the long term. As a so-called YieldCo, a company with stable, predictable distributions from its existing portfolio of European wind and solar parks, our goal is to optimize dividend distributions to shareholders.

Our investment portfolio at a glance

European, diversified, renewable

As of December 31, 2025, our existing portfolio has an installed capacity of 388 MW, of which around 41% comes from wind power and 59% from photovoltaic systems. The diversified portfolio produces approximately 335 GWh of electricity per year, with additional projects still in the development and construction phase.

Embracing sustainability

Not only is our renewable energy business focused on sustainability, but our corporate culture is too.

Thanks to our wind and solar parks, we were able to avoid around 80% more CO2 emissions in 2024 compared to 2021, which would otherwise have been generated by fossil fuels.
